Cookies & Tracking
Clear information about your visit, your enquiry and your choices.
Effective date: October 4, 2026. This page explains storage and connected services on weddingfilms.ca, operated by July Story LTD.
Essential features
Your privacy choices are stored on your device under the key wfc-consent-v1, for up to six months before we ask again. The enquiry form uses a session cookie named WFCSESSID to protect requests. Security counters help limit repeated submissions. These features are necessary to remember choices and protect the form.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured and you accept analytics, it may receive information about page visits, device and browser details, and successful enquiry submissions. We do not intentionally include your form answers, name, email or phone in analytics events. Optional analytics is disabled until you give permission.
Optional advertising
If Google Ads or Meta Pixel is configured and you accept advertising, these services may use cookies and connection information to measure advertising results and recognise browsers. We do not send form contents or enable advanced matching through this website’s tracking integration. Rejecting advertising does not prevent you from viewing packages or making an enquiry.
External video players
YouTube and Vimeo players, when present, connect to their platforms only after you allow external video or choose to load an individual film. Those providers can then receive your IP address, browser information and viewing interactions. A “load this film” choice applies to that player only; it does not turn on analytics or advertising. Direct links to external sites are governed by those sites’ own practices.
Change your choices
Use the button below or “Privacy settings” in the footer. Rejecting an optional category stops new loading after the page refreshes. We also attempt to remove relevant first-party tracking cookies. We cannot erase information already received by a provider or cookies belonging to other domains; you can use your browser settings and the provider’s own controls for those.
