What is included in every wedding film package?
Every package includes wedding-day filming, one edited short wedding film and one Instagram clip. You can choose vertical or horizontal delivery for each edit. Film lengths and the delivery schedule are agreed before booking.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Essential covers 4 hours with one videographer. Signature extends coverage to up to 7 hours and includes drone footage where permitted and safe. Heirloom provides up to 10 hours, an assistant and additional second-camera coverage of the ceremony, first dance and cake cutting.
Can I choose vertical or horizontal video?
Yes. Choose one orientation for your short film and one for your Instagram clip before editing begins. Both orientations of the same edit are not automatically included; ask us if you need additional versions.
Is drone footage guaranteed?
Drone footage is included in Signature and Heirloom when permitted and safe. It depends on the location, airspace restrictions, venue permission, weather and the wedding-day schedule. It cannot be guaranteed for every wedding.
Does Heirloom include two videographers all day?
Heirloom includes a lead videographer working with an assistant, plus additional second-camera coverage of key moments: the ceremony, first dance and cake cutting. It does not promise two independent videographers filming the entire day.
Are prices in Canadian dollars, and is tax included?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST is additional. Any agreed travel, extra coverage or other optional costs will be included in your written quote before you book.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
Send your date, venue or location and preferred package. Alex will confirm availability and discuss your plans. Your booking is confirmed under a separate written agreement; submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a date.
When will we receive our films?
Film duration, delivery dates, review arrangements and delivery method will be agreed in writing before booking. Contact Alex to discuss your wedding timeline.
Do you travel for weddings?
We serve Vancouver and surrounding cities within a 60 km radius of Vancouver. Weddings outside this area are available by individual quote, with any additional travel costs confirmed before booking. Please include your venue and city in your enquiry.
