1. Website information and enquiries
This website describes wedding videography services and allows you to request availability and a quote. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date, create a confirmed booking or authorize payment. Services are subject to availability and a separate written agreement with July Story LTD.
2. Prices and offers
All displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. GST is additional. Current package prices are Essential C$999, Signature C$1,899 and Heirloom C$2,899, plus GST. Displayed regular prices are C$1,400, C$2,400 and C$3,500 respectively, plus GST.
Ask us to confirm the current offer and your date before booking. Your written quote will set out the price, tax and any agreed additional charges such as travel, additional hours or extra edits. Changes to future offers do not amend an already confirmed agreement. There is no online payment or automatic booking through this website.
3. Coverage and deliverables
Essential provides 4 hours of coverage with one videographer, including the couple’s portrait session and ceremony. Signature provides up to 7 hours with one videographer, covering the bride’s preparations, couple’s portrait session, ceremony and first dance, plus drone footage where permitted and safe. Heirloom provides up to 10 hours, includes the cake cutting, and adds an assistant and second-camera coverage of the ceremony, first dance and cake cutting.
Coverage is planned within the purchased hours and depends on your agreed wedding schedule. Heirloom does not promise two independent videographers filming continuously all day. Each package includes one edited short film and one Instagram clip. Choose one orientation, vertical or horizontal, for each edit; both orientations are not automatically included.
Film lengths, delivery timing, revision arrangements, music, footage retention, usage rights and any additional deliverables will be agreed before booking. Filming an event does not by itself mean a separate full-length edit of that event is included.
Service area and travel
Our service area is Vancouver and surrounding cities within a 60 km radius of Vancouver. Weddings outside this area are quoted individually, with any additional travel costs confirmed in your written quote before booking. Please provide the venue address so we can confirm the applicable arrangements.
4. Drone filming
Drone coverage depends on lawful and safe operation, airspace restrictions, venue permission, weather and the agreed schedule. It cannot be guaranteed at every location or on every wedding day. Any related booking provisions will be set out in your agreement.
5. Booking, payments, changes and cancellation
Your written agreement will state how a date is reserved, any required payment schedule, cancellation and rescheduling terms, overtime, travel arrangements and what happens if circumstances prevent filming. Please review it before committing. This website does not impose a separate cancellation fee or a non-refundable deposit.
6. Film and website rights
Website text, branding, images and films are owned by July Story LTD or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, redistribute or commercially use these materials without permission. Your rights to your commissioned film, and any permission for studio portfolio use, are addressed in your separate agreement.
7. External services and acceptable use
External video platforms and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not use this website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, send spam, interfere with security or infringe others’ rights.
8. Accuracy and applicable rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and will clarify any errors before a booking is confirmed. Website availability and third-party services may change. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy laws. A signed service agreement governs your specific booking, subject to those laws.
